We provide recommendations specific to your needs addressing the size, type, asset value and industry of the goods that require sale. Our sale proposal includes an action plan outlining a recommended disposal method and a schedule of activities to ensure a successful sale. All sale quotes are obligation free.

The auction sale process can be offered as either onsite, in-room or online auctions. Depending on the type of assets you wish to sell, will determine where the auction takes place. But no matter where the location of the auction, O’Maras have the experience to market each sale to the right buyers.

Alternatively, if your assets are highly specialised, O’Maras can also offer your goods to the market through a tender or expressions of interest process.

• Onsite Auction

Onsite sales are ideal for large or bulky items that would be either physically hard or expensive to move off-site. This covers machinery and plant equipment. We provide a full service sale solution from pre sale organisation, stock display, auction services and finally the site clean up, in accordance with your needs.

•  Relocated Auction

O'Maras has established relocated auctions for catering, office furniture, IT, consumer goods, retail displays, point of sale systems, motor vehicles & warehousing equipment.  Our partnership with Allied Pickfords means we can provide a realisation service from 43 warehouses around Australia.

•  Private Treaty

O’Maras have utilised the private treaty sales approach in many instances including “cash and carry” sales, controlled wind downs, urgent sales, fixed price transactions, wholesale deals and many others. Each potential sale is evaluated on its individual merit with consideration for the controlling factors.

•  Tenders & Expressions of Interest

For niche or specialty items, a tender or expression of interest process can ensure that the right buyers can maximise the return. We have had great success with the tender sales approach. It allows the vendor the flexibility to assess any and all offers and their respective conditions if any within a designated timeframe.  At O’Maras, we can tailor a marketing campaign to reach your specialty market.
