A one-stop shop for disposal of goods, we can provide you with a complete service
package that includes:
Site Assessment
O’Maras will inspect the site, and provide an estimate Auction value.
We will then provide a no obligation recommendation on the best method to maximise
your sale proceeds.
Disconnection & Removal
We can then arrange for the disconnection, removal and transportation of the
goods to our warehouse. The contractor costs can then be deducted from the proceeds.
Inventory Listing
On arrival, O’Maras provides a detailed inventory listing detailing descriptions,
styles, models and serial numbers of all items received. This is then entered
into our stock management software & distributed to your preferred communication
method including mail, facsimile or email.
Storage
O’Maras has a large storage area, where once the items have been booked
in they can be stored until clearance has been given to sell.
Marketing Services
We have a proven marketing solution to ensure we reach a large audience for
the sale of your goods. Our warehouse staff and management have sufficient product
knowledge to identify target markets, highlight selling points at inspection,
advertise effectively and accurately estimate the price of your goods to maximise
sales. We employ a combination of tools including:

· Direct mail to relevant businesses from our computerised mailing list

Auction Services
O’Maras is one of the largest providers of catering auction services
with combined experience of over 50 years. Our auctions are held fortnightly
at our Lilyfield premises, providing a regular forum for open competition to
maximise the price achieved for your goods.
We deliver a specialised auction service, involving the exhibition of your
equipment in the best possible light, in order to have a positive influence
on potential buyers at the time of their inspection.
Sale Reporting
Within 7 to 10 working days after the conclusion of the auction a full account
sale and proceeds is sent to all our vendors detailing: item number, description,
sale price, Goods & Services Tax, commission, transport costs if applicable,
advertising and OH&S reporting costs.
