Inventory
At O’Maras we presently have staff undergoing the ASA Inventory valuation module
to further improve our current inventory valuation services to Banks and
Financiers. It should be noted lending on inventories is one of the fastest
growing lending segments in the US and this will flow onto Australia. Yet again
we are at the leading edge in this field.
Pre disposal valuations
Both of assets we are disposing of directly for the financier or impartial
assessments of assets to be sold by other parties.
